The Golden Pond Print Series (22) consists of video frames that are digitally adjusted and repositioned as horizontal or vertical landscapes. The intricate mandala-like images resonate with organic intersections of the physical and spiritual.
Theme: The fluidity of the interconnected whole, the interdependence of decay, loss and life.
Inspiration: Video images of the Mississippi vegetated shoreline near Carleton Place are edited to create mirror patterns of interconnectivity. Frames are selected and calibrated for printing.
